Event Media Coverage

On-site video and photo coverage that turns one night into a year of content.

Overview

An event happens once. The coverage is what lets it keep working — the recap that sells next year's tickets, the sponsor deck that proves the room was full, the clips that run for months afterwards. Most organizers only realize they needed it once the night is over and all they have are phone photos.

We staff events the way we shoot everything else: planned around the moments that matter rather than wandering with a camera. We agree the shot list in advance — the speakers, the crowd at capacity, the sponsor signage, the details someone spent months arranging — and deliver a recap edit plus a library of stills and vertical cuts you can use all year.

What We Do

The work itself.

Planned, not roamed

A shot list agreed beforehand, so the moments that justify the event are the ones we actually get.

Recap edit plus a library

One highlight film, plus stills and vertical cuts to carry the event through the following months.

Proof for sponsors

Coverage that shows a full room and visible signage is what renews a sponsorship.

Fast turnaround where it counts

Same-week social clips while people are still talking about it, with the full edit to follow.

Frequently Asked

Do you cover both photo and video?

Usually both, with a crew sized to the event. For anything with a stage or a program, a second operator is worth it — one camera can't be on the speaker and in the crowd at the same time.

How quickly do we get the content?

Social clips within days, while the event is still current, and the full recap edit after. The fast turnaround matters more than the polished one for anything you want to ride the momentum of.
