Email & SMS Marketing

The follow-up that turns one-time buyers into regulars — owned channels you aren't renting from an algorithm.

Overview

Every other channel is rented. Your social following belongs to the platform, your ad reach belongs to the auction, and both can be taken away by a change you had no say in. An email list and a phone list are yours, and for most businesses they are the highest-return marketing asset on the books — because you're talking to people who already raised their hand.

MediaScher builds that side of the machine: the list, the flows that run without anyone remembering to send them, and the campaigns that go out when there's something worth saying. It connects directly to the rest of the loop — the content we shoot becomes the email, the site we build captures the address, and the follow-up closes what the ad started.

What We Do

The work itself.

Owned audience, not rented

A list you control, on channels no platform can throttle or price you out of overnight.

Flows that run themselves

Welcome, abandoned-cart, win-back and post-purchase sequences set up once and working every day after.

Built on your own content

We're already producing your photography and video, so your email doesn't look like a template with your logo dropped in.

Measured on revenue

Opens are a vanity metric. We report on what the channel actually returned against what it cost.

Frequently Asked

Do we need a big list for this to be worth it?

No. Small, engaged lists routinely outperform large stale ones, and the flows that do most of the work run the same whether you have 300 contacts or 30,000. Starting earlier mostly means the list is bigger when it matters.

Is SMS not intrusive?

It is if you misuse it, which is why we treat it as the low-frequency, high-value channel: time-sensitive offers, appointment reminders, order updates. Consent is explicit, opt-out is one word, and we keep the send volume deliberately low.

How does this connect to everything else you do?

It's the Convert half of the loop. The content we create and the ads we run bring people in, the website captures them, and email and SMS are what keep the relationship going after the first visit.
