The Challenge
RESÈT had been open about a year and had almost no social presence to show for it. Not no followers — they had those — but no rhythm and no response. Posting was inconsistent, and what did go out drew very little back from the people already following. A salon lives on being seen locally and booked locally, and neither was happening.
Our Approach
- —Gave it a rhythm before anything else. Inconsistent posting is what makes an audience stop expecting you, so the first job was showing up predictably enough that people had a reason to look.
- —Made content worth responding to. Treatments, the room, the products and the people — shot properly, so a feed that had been quiet became something with a reason to stop, save and share. Interactions rose 434% over six months, and saves and shares moved fastest of all.
- —Kept the reach local. 98.2% of the audience is in the United States, and the cities behind it are Middletown, Toms River, Marlboro, Old Bridge, Manalapan, Tinton Falls, Howell and Red Bank — people close enough to actually book.
RESÈT had been open around a year when we started. They had followers, which is the part that makes this a more common problem than it sounds — the account existed, it just was not doing anything. Posting came in bursts, and the people already following had stopped responding.
Six months of consistent work has moved every number that matters: impressions up 82.7% to 743.4K, interactions up 433.9%, and 2,898 new followers on Instagram. The engagement rate on posts more than doubled.
The part we care about most is where that audience actually is. 98.2% of it is in the United States, and the cities behind it — Middletown, Toms River, Marlboro, Old Bridge, Manalapan — are all within booking distance. Reach that cannot walk through the door is not reach a salon can use.
Video Production
Vertical films of the treatments themselves — the head spa ritual, the room, the detail that explains why it costs what it costs. Reels carry the highest engagement rate on the account at 5.6, and they are what put RESÈT in front of people who were not already following.
Photography
Photography of the treatments, the products and the space, shot to the standard the salon is priced at. It gives RESÈT a library that carries the brand across the feed, the site and anything printed, instead of a phone photograph taken between clients.

Graphics & Collateral
Design work across the social and in-salon material, so the account, the signage and the collateral read as one brand rather than three.

Social Media Management
We run the channels — planning, posting and the response that comes back. The starting problem was not reach but silence: an account with followers, little consistency and almost no engagement. Six months in, impressions are up 82.7% to 743.4K, interactions are up 433.9%, and reels alone are drawing 5,611 interactions. The audience is also demonstrably local, which for a salon is the only kind that matters.
